-
What types of treatments do you offer?
We provide a range of non-surgical cosmetic and skin treatments designed to support skin health and refresh natural features. Every plan is tailored individually, following a thorough consultation. How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Your journey begins with a personalised consultation. We’ll listen to your concerns, explore your goals, and explain safe and suitable options – including what’s achievable, what’s not, and any risks involved. Can I choose any treatment I want?
Every treatment is not suitable for every person. Your medical history, current medications, and individual anatomy all influence what’s safe and appropriate. That’s why a personalised consultation with our medical team is essential. Together, we’ll explore your options, talk through benefits and risks, and create a plan that’s tailored specifically to you.Are the treatments painful?
Most people find our treatments very tolerable. We use fine needles and can offer numbing options to keep you comfortable. Your clinician will always talk you through what to expect.
-
Who will be performing my treatment?
All treatments are carried out by highly trained medical professionals. Our clinic is led by Dr Nicholas Spooner (Doctor) and Chimay Spooner (Registered Nurse). Together, we uphold the highest standards of safety, care, and expertise. Are cosmetic treatments safe?
All medical procedures carry some level of risk. Your clinician will explain these clearly, along with the benefits, before you decide to proceed. We only use premium products sourced through trusted, regulated suppliers. What should I do if I have concerns after my treatment?
Your safety is our priority. You’ll be provided with aftercare instructions and an emergency contact number. If you have any concerns at all, we’re here to support you. -
When will I see results?
This depends on the treatment. Some changes are visible straight away, while others develop gradually over days to weeks or even months. We’ll outline what’s realistic for you during your consultation. How long do results last?
Treatment longevity varies depending on the procedure, your individual response, and lifestyle factors. Some results last a few months, while others may last longer. We’ll guide you on maintenance if desired. Will people know I’ve had something done?
Our philosophy is centred on natural, balanced outcomes. The goal is for you to look refreshed and confident, not “overdone.” -
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. A consultation is essential to ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate. For some treatments we offer, this may also involve a prescription from our doctor before we proceed. How long does an appointment take?
Consultations usually take around 30–45 minutes. Most treatments are completed within an hour. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This helps us offer your time to someone else. Our full policy is provided when booking. -
How much do treatments cost?
Costs vary depending on the treatment, the product used, and your goals. Because every person’s plan is unique, we don’t publish fixed prices online. After your consultation, you’ll receive a clear, transparent quote so you can make an informed decision. Why don’t you advertise treatment names or prices online?
In Australia, cosmetic treatments are regulated as medical procedures. AHPRA guidelines ask clinics not to promote prescription-only treatments publicly. Instead, we focus on education and personalised care. Once we’ve met with you, we’ll explain your treatment options in detail, including names, expected outcomes, risks, and costs.Do you offer payment plans?
We don’t currently offer payment plans. Payment is required on the day of treatment. -
Will Medicare or private health insurance cover my treatment?
Cosmetic treatments are usually considered elective and are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. In rare cases of medical or reconstructive need, a rebate may apply. Can I have treatments if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
As a precaution, we don’t recommend injectable treatments during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If this applies to you, we’ll discuss safe alternatives or postponing until later. What should I expect during and after treatment?
The treatment area will be gently cleansed and prepared. Injections are delivered with fine needles, and many clients describe only a quick pinch. We can use numbing cream or ice for comfort. Afterward, you’ll receive personalised aftercare instructions. It’s common to have temporary redness, swelling, or mild bruising, which usually settles within a few days. What are the risks or side effects?
Most side effects are mild and temporary. Less common or serious complications are rare but possible, which is why choosing a doctor-led, highly trained clinic is so important. We follow strict safety protocols and are always here to support you if you have concerns. Why do I need to update my medical information before each treatment?
Even small changes in your health or medications can affect what’s safe. Updating your details at each appointment ensures your treatment is provided responsibly and safely.
