Terms & Conditions

    • $50 booking deposit is required at the time of booking.

    • 24 hours’ notice (or at least one full business day) is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Changes can only be processed during business hours. Please note we are closed on Sundays.

    • Deposits are non-refundable for any appointment changes, rescheduling, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.

    • All package treatments must be completed within the same appointment and cannot be split across multiple visits.

    • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen.

    • Any unused balance will remain on the voucher for use at a future appointment.

    • Vouchers are redeemable for treatments and services only and cannot be used for product purchases.

    • Standard cancellation policies apply to bookings made with a gift voucher.

    • Individual results may vary.

    • Sol Avenue Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
